Our Store & Online Policies
Gift Exchanges for Tarot & Oracle Decks
While our standard policy is all sales final, we are happy to offer a thoughtful exception for tarot and oracle decks purchased as gifts:
- A 21-Day Window: Decks may be exchanged for store credit or another treasure within 21 days of the original purchase.
- Strictly Unopened: To respect the energy and integrity of our inventory, the deck must be completely unopened, unused, and still in its original, sealed packaging. We truly appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept exchanges on any deck that has been opened or unsealed.
- Receipt Required: Please ensure a valid receipt or gift receipt is presented at the time of the exchange.
Online Orders: Sold Out or Out of Stock Items
This policy applies to online purchases only. Because our unique items sometimes move quickly between our physical shelves and our website, there are rare moments when an item sells out before our online inventory catches up.
If this happens with an item in your order, please rest assured that a full refund for the unavailable item will be issued to your original payment method, and we will reach out to you via email to let you know about the update.
